Description: Hat with deep waffle texture on one side and thick corrugations on the reverse. A simple slip stitch creates this intricate-looking reversible fabric. Skill Level: Intermediate No knitting on double-pointed needles! The crown of the hat is worked in easy garter stitch short rows. Optional edging adds petals to the brim. Shown above in Recycled Silk. Hat requires 150 yards for 22-24" adult hat size. Gauge is 3 stitches per inch on US #10.5 (6.5 mm) 24-inch circular needles.
